Promotional SMS / Sitelinks
The user will be despatched a free sms with embedded link or WAP push (depending on network) with a new promotion each time. The promotion will be the best converting promotion of the moment, to maximise cash returns.
Users will receive brand new mobile promotions according to the above schedule, until ROI is exhausted.
The V12 program, complete with promo reminders typically adds 30% to the average cash value of a user over his/her lifetime .
Please note the CRM Program may change from country to country, the above is an example for the UK and South Africa.
Affiliate revenue share will not be paid out until the affiliate has reached $1000 in payable revenue.
The Affiliate will move up a Tier once their traffic has been billing at the required level (e.g over $100,000 per month for Platinum Status) for a consecutive two month period. If the Affiliate falls below the required level (e.g below $100,000 per month back into Gold Status) for a consecutive two month period, the Affiliate will move down a Tier.
The Elite benefits become available once the Elite client has maintained their Elite Status for a minimum of four consecutive months.
The Affiliate must abide by the terms and conditions of the Mobgains Program. (see terms and condition)
Mobgains shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Affiliate other than under basic legal obligations.
The agreement shall be governed under the Laws of England, where the Program is run and based.
